LARGE & HALF CENTS FOUND (FOUND 3 More large cents)

I found these over the last few days. A person would never know anything existed their! I also found lots of buttons, sewing thimble, straight razor, and many other items. I have to use scanner for pics..i will try to scan and post. It must have been an old colonial camp or fort.

WOOHOO......found 3 more large cents at my colonial site the blade of an iron knife. sry dont have pic of knife blade im cleaning it will post a pic of it when done.

Habbo, great finds, You really cleaned up. What a variety of finds,. I am curious, did you identify the oblong/oval piece with two countersunk sunk holes near the bottom of the second picture?

no never did identify that piece.....i was hoping after i cleaned it up it would have a name or something on it. there are a few other pieces i dont have a clue on also.....like the metal pieces on the left, next to the clear diamond <---I wish.....lol

Knife need a little more cleaning but i wanted to get a pic posted....what do U think ? that is a knife right ?

I don,t know for sure. Believe it or not I saw one Monday at the local club meeting. It had a little decorative ring still showing on the side opposite your photos view. No one could say for sure what it was but it was found with a lot of middle 1800,s items.
