It was an alsome day out didn't even think this was going to happen, finding a large cent first one ever finding detecting and i hunted this place before it is a park from the 50s and i know others in the community detected too, this just blows my mind, i know its from at least 1793 to 1807 because it says parshle library if uses look in one of pics of it on top rim u see the "B" really well, getting on others i found a live bullet, 12 Lincoln's, 2 dimes a year off silver on the one, and the quarter, great day out :hello2:

Congrats on your first Largie! Are you saying the Library used it as a token? Coppers were reused as tokens or even buttons and washers. Unless your positive on the id, It could also be a State copper. From the photos it almost looks like it spells LIBERTY. State coppers are awesome. Ive been waiting to find one for YEARS! Congrats either way

Thanks appreciate it, it has parshle liberty on it, in just gessing it was a largie that i seen in my red book, and it is same size as the other one i put beside it but it could be a g.w. token from 1795 or 1792 birch cent, or best of all a 1792 quarter dollar but i doubt that one thats a rair one
