Last 2 days.....I don't believe to many have found one of THESE!!!

Went back to a spot I've relentlessly hunted for over 3 years.....still getting stuff too!

1924 Merc.1903 IH,1920/30 Wheaties,Silver Ring..just makers mark, junk ring,a Police button, unfired 308 found just like this, and I have to get these jail doors home some how...I'd say someone would buy them....don't see to many of them now.:laughing7:

GOD Bless

Chris

Interesting spot there WT, those rings looks old ! Think I would hit that spot again to see what else shows up ! Can't tell how big those bars are they might be extremely heavy, not worth hurting your back on at any rate!

This spot was the farm field for the Jail built in 1886 across the river,it was farmed long before that though,it is now a park,I have retrieved a lot of Silvers coin/jewelry..Coppers..Relics(my avatar) from here, was a virgin spot..not any more though:laughing7:

I'd say it weighs a couple 100 pounds or more, one way or another I'm gettin those doors.:laughing7:

Got to say that the jail doors are the first I've ever heard of being found like that. Cool stuff!

There's an old park here in Maine and they had a bear in this little cage. I'm wondering if the bars could be off something like that. Looks very similar to the one up here. Very interesting find indeed lol

That's awesome. You definitely need to get those doors out of there before some one else finds them
