Hey is it me or did Tesoro release any 5 pin 5.75 widescans for the Epsilon family or even 10", or is it just after market available, heck a 5x7 DD RSD would be sweet. To me are we not missing a coil for this size for the Epsilon family as we are for the 4 pin?

Id wonder too why it is what it is. They are missing the 5.75 widescan 5 pin.

Also look at the 4 pin lineup, only three concentric coils?

I ask Allan and Rusty every time Ive talked with them, where's my 4 pin 12x10 concentric.

Like the infamous Bandido II umax, everyone says the old 10.5 concentric 5 pin is a beast you must get your hands on. Why they stopped manufacturing it while demand remains is curious too.

that 10½ donut..

In the 5 pin coil lineup, the 10½ land donut got replaced with the 12x10 concentric. I've never tried the 12x10, so I can't say which works better. I don't see the 10½ being a miracle worker, though.. It's a fair bit heavier to swing than the 8" and I didn't find it much deeper. I was probably trying to use it in the wrong place; it may be better in less mineralized soil, than where I was playing with it.

Yeah, may just be a legend repeated often enough, who knows. Wind a 10" like they did the Mojave 7" and we might have something!

I have the 12x10 concentric, I haven't took a trip with it yet, but I'm not tickled about it. Performance is great, but you feel it swinging it for a while.

Yeah Steve for the 4pin concentrics off balance vs the 5pin widescan come to think of it, thanks for mentioning that I noticed the long line up the other day on Tesoro site.

Hiya,

First post :hello:

This is my Laser Trident 11 (Vaquero) in the middle of a field in Northamptonshire, England. This was my first time out in with the Laser and it was a lot of fun. It's my first Tesoro. It's such a light machine and with the small and light wireless headphones it's perfect for me :)

Thanks,

Nigel.

My Tesoros. Tiger Shark is brand new...just got it yesterday. The DeLeon, my first detector...many years ago. Then the Silver uMax...really fun machine. The wife calls the uMax the "wheat wacker". Has found countless wheat pennies with that machine!
Always have loved Tesoros.....they work!
