My treasure hunting has come to a halt due to CNY weather, so it has given me some time for research/reading. This is a very interesting read about a young irish girl taken captive by natives and how her life was shaped. Great perspective of life among natives and of the happening of our country in the beggining. If you are from this area (northeast) 'voyages of Samuel De Champlain' is another first hand account of life among natives. Both interesting and unbiased, highly recommended.

- Life of Mary Jemison can be read as one of googles ebooks. Samuel champlains voyages can be found on archive.org. Both free and easily accessible. :icon_thumleft:
