If you only knew how much easier that is to say than it is to do for most.

its called "self control" -- if one doesn't have self control *** others WILL step in and take control of your life -- ( normally its a penal system or drug rehab type place) lohan is finally starting to learn that harsh lesson, i think -- once they pull her off the script doctors meds --so she can really dry out -- her thinking might become normal but only after "the drying out" process --( she'd need at least 6 months to get "clean" -- by slowly weaning her off the script doctors meds to really honestly "dry" her out ) and even then she would have to totally change her life style afterwards --where she hangs out and who she hangs out with to stay "clean". -- yes i know it rough to be a addict -- dealt with a brother with "substance abuse " issues --tough love is the only answer that sometimes helps -- they really got to want to quit or its a waste of both your and their time and efforts. -- so long as you give them a "free crash pad", ( * a cost free place to live and eat for free ) then they will just turn their money into drugs or booze --one must make them "pay their own way" and except that it cost money to live , thus you need to work and be relible and pay your bills and such -- stop pampering them -- let them "hit bottom" and see if they will crawl away from it , and try to save themselves --if not sorry to say their too far gone.
