Hello,

really very strange 3 lines, i guess it`s mean something to lead, or you can search in the same area, may be you will find another sign.

Look again to the first one on the left, you will notice it`s the shortest in length, try to look at the left side ....

Ottoman, how can you be sure that 3 lines will mean 9 steps?

I had read many books about treaures signs and symbols did not found anything at all related to Ottoman Maps or signs ..

Will you have some source to provide , or a special book you have ?

Looking forward....

They're all the same length, it's just the lighting.

I'd look around for more stuff. Should be something else close by.

One line is equal to one vara or one pace which is 5.58 feet
Therefore the three lines (3 vara) is equal to about 16.74 feet (16 feet and 9 inches) away or below the ground.

ok, if i were you, I will further explore two areas:

1. Draw a straight line from that two dots, and on the area where it intersect the ground find some sign or marks.

2. Also inspect the area 16 feet away from that 3lines marks (both left and right side of that picture.

Could you also post the length of those lines and the the distance between those two dots ?

Hello,

I had seen more 50 dots, but where different in shape and size, even some dots have directions to follow.

They all differ from those described in " Treasure Hunter`s Field Notebook " By Mike Pickett.

To signs and symbols experts:

How can i find information about ottoman signs and symbols ?

Best Regards

Varas, Braza, Estado, etc...There are really problems on the use of these unit of measurement in treasure hunting as admitted by the "Treasure Hunters University" (website posted above). So try all the possibilities:

one mark(line, dot, circle) = 1 vara = 1 stride = 33 inches

one mark(line, dot, circle) = 1 braza = 1 estado = 5' 7" or

one mark(line, dot, circle) = 3 stride = 99 inches as suggested by OttoMan
