Maryland Info?

I may be faced with the prospects of moving to Baltimore for work and wondered how the hunting was in Maryland.
Here in the Carolinas we have many farms and sites that folks have picked over for years. But they still produce some keepers.

Are there any clubs or suggestions you folks can offer for that area?

Maryland isnt a very good treasure spot although some abandoned houses may have caches. Who knows?
