Mckinney Texas area?

Anyone in the McKinney area? I have to visit McKinney tomorrow. Wife going shopping with her mother. I am looking for a place to detect while I am there. I see Finch Park was dedicated in 1910. Does anyone know if they allow detecting in this park?

There is always that 100 year old grain elevator that just burned on Wed....They are gonna tear it down...you may be able to detect around that area...I was thinking about checking it out today or tomorrow...it is on the 400 block of E. Louisiana st. If you hit the park, let me know how it goes...

3.27 in clad. 1947 dime. Some kind of token I have to clean. 1963 one centave with a small hole in it, must have been on a necklace or bracelet. The rest junk I was only there about 3 hours. Had my 6X10 coil on but the old picnic areas were so trashy I needed my 4X6 which I did not have with me.
