I'm impressed you knew she was a jingle dancer. If you really want to impress me, can you tell me what most dancers use ( material ) to make the jingles for their oufits?

They are made from the lids of snuff cans. The lids are rolled into a bel shape and sewn to the dress close to each other so that they will jingle when they hit each other.
