Only had an hour but the same neighbor scraped another little part of his yard.... Found this huge button, a little bigger than a half dollar...a new personal fav. Bonus buttons, "plated" and a "double gilt", plus a pistol ball. The 1962 5 cent piece from India really had me going. All I saw, it was square and had the lion or whatever it is... :tongue3:.. little spas moment... still..love my new button.

Beautiful buttons. I like a good button almost as much as I like a good colonial coin..

Nice find

The variety of shapes and sizes of buttons along with the imprints and gilting always amazes me. Your button is really a neat find

Very nice, I really like buttons. In my collection I have many flat buttons.
