I've been detecting in this small town and found some clad coins, a standing liberty quarter and lots of misc....., today I found my first barber a 1909"O". Its in great shape. I can finally say I found a Barber......:laughing7:

Wow, nice score! The 1909-o is arguably the #4 most desirable date in the series behind 1901-s, 1913-s, and 1896-s. It's not worth a ton of money in the grade range your piece is in, but a value over $100 seems reasonable.
