My first mini dime hoard (a night of sevens)

Last night I went through 700 hand rolled dimes. They produced my first silver dime mini-hoard! In total I found seven silver dimes (1923, 1936, 1941, 1943, 1944, 1945, 1950), two Canadian dimes, and one French 5 centimes. All of the silver dimes were in one roll. Although this isn't as good as the full roll of Mercs I read about recently, it really made my day. I've found Wheat hoards, one silver quarter hoard, and half dollar hoards, but had never come across a "big bunch" of silver dimes before. I've searched 522,402 dimes. Could a war nickel hoard be next?

To top off the evening my five week old son slept seven hours!

Happy CRH'ing!

-Brian

Nice score. Man that's a lot of dimes to go through. Those Mercs are one of my favorite coins. I like finding them MDing.

Good job, Brian!
Fox- a bag holds 10,000 dimes ($1000)
700 dimes is easy!
