1867. My second oldest coin find.
Tried to lightly clean it with a soft brass brush, but it seems worse now.
Vinegar worked good on my horrible looking buffalo, any thoughts?

A really cool find. Looks good.
 

Sweet find. Maybe try a wooden toothpick/skewer. Just remember that anytime you think about cleaning a coin, you'll run the risk of making it worse.
