My First "Water Silver"

Went to a local swimming hole today with my MXT. Not a water detector, but I kept the shaft only to 2' or so. Only found One quarter, three dimes, two nickels and six One Cents, and a Virgin Mary Religious Medal. I knew right away the Medal was silver and STERLING on the back confirmed it. I wasn't paying attention to the coins, figuring they were just corroded, until I got home and cleaned them. Then I realized I had a 1952 dime. The color was grayish....and it matched the color of the quarter...yee haa, the quarter is a 1945. Three silvers in one day is my best silver day so far. Oh, and a 1945 Wheatie for good measure.

Looks like a good day. There's probably a lot more out a little deeper. Think about getting a water machine. They can't be beat on days like today.
