My "Gold Dollar" Attention Gargamel

I found my first dollar coin...too bad it was a Sacajawea......but hey another off my list..... then today I hit this Smurf sticker.... if memory serves me correctly, Gargamel said that you need 6 Smurfs to make gold....with it being so high per ounce,and since I figure I have a better chance of finding 5 other Smurfs than anything gold, I think im going to start hunting Smurfs LOL

Believe it or not, Smurfs are 50 years old this year. Books written in Belgium? I think. I always thought they started with the cartoons in the 80's.

So, I wonder if this is all tied to an old saying.

Since we don't find gold dollars very often. Maybe you have this wrong. Try flipping the smurf over.

You can find a gold dollar once in a blue moon?
