Hi everyone, it got so hot and dry that I just didn't try to get out much during July and August to do any MD'ing. And in a few more months, it'll be too cold and frozen for two more months! :P

Anyways, here some pics of my silvers from 2005. A good year for me, things had really picked up with me finding "firsts". 1st barber coins (and I got all 3... dime, quarter and half)! 1st half dollar, and I got 3 of them too! First was Franklin, then Walking Liberty, then the Barber. I'm liking this pattern of getting older halves as I go... ;D.
My first Liberty Standing quarters, yep... I got 3 of them too! No dates though. And unique I think was the 1864 Bronze Indian head cent, another 1st. Aslo ended up with an 1863 Army-Navy token, extremely corroded and I could just barely make out what it was. Thought is was an IH until I got it home to look closer at it. I do have a '51 quarter and a few more Mercs not shown here.
Within this pic here I also have my 1812 Spanish One Reale. Let's just say tht sidewalk construction finds have done me well.
...and 1859 Canadian Cent with 1863 British Penny.

I've had an exciting year so far and coming back here to share with everyone and read their posts and what they're finding is great.
When I "get around to it" I'll try to post some pics of "everything else" like the toy cars, unused bullets, a few rings, old dogs tags... etc.

Thanks everyone for enjoying my pics and I have theirs.
Chris
