Mysterious Stone?

Have been hit this spot that has produced some nice stones. Water level is low and deep in it I found this stone. It looks to perfect to me and one edge has some signs of polishing (I think). Could it be some sort of jewelry or tool? Sort of hard to get a pic that dose it justice. But it might just be a stone. Any help would be appropriated. The tribe here is the Wampanoag if that helps.

Does it feel lightweight for it's size? It looks very similar to the Cannel Coal Pendants I find here in my area.

Here is a picture of 3 of mine. We call them Coffin Shaped Pendants, though I know they don't represent coffins. The one in the middle was never drilled, though you can see where the hole was started.

It dose feel light for its size looks like it could have been a start thanks reaper
