Need advice if this is a Native American Artifact

Found this today while metal detecting, wondering if it's a Native American tool or point. I know nothing of the subject so any help would be appreciated. When I saw it I thought the shape resembled a point and the one edge looks like it is hand chiseled... you can see the edge in the 2nd photo where I am holding it upright...

Well, it is nothing definitive. First pic looked like it was quartzite, second pic looked like it might be rhyolite, but i don't think it is any of those materials.... Never hurts to ask, my dad says that artifacts are where you find them, and there is at least one in every field, you just need to find it... :thumbsup:

In my honest opinion it is a natural stone and not an artifact. No evidence of it ever being altered by man. At least that is what I can see from your 2 pictures.
