Nautilus

Two machine brands I've never used (I think the only two) are Tesoro and Nautilus.

I'll soon know about Tesoro when mine arrives.

Now I'm looking into Nautilus.

Anyone here ever use one or have any info from maybe friends or online reading?

What I've got going here is this--I'm getting a Tesoro. That's settled.

In fact, I was set to run the order last week but after reading some comments I put a hold on it.

I'm getting a good deal from someone but I have to let him know which model I want. All I have to do is email him with my final decision and my machine will be here 3 or 4 days after Christmas.

But I'll tell you this is the dangest thing! One minute I think Cibola and the next Vaquero and then it's....This is driving me bippy!

I have never before run into this much controversy when buying a detector. With Whites, Garrett, Minelab, or even Fisher it's fairly straightforward. But Tesoro....man! This is something else.

I'll make my final decision and tell him to send me one very soon now. When I get it I'll do a complete review.

Right now I lean toward the Vaquero simply because of the manual ground balance. I also really like the DeLe?n due to some comments I read about it. I've read? it's super deep and that screen readout is awesome. But than with the DeLe?n I lose ground balance again!?

I've read that the Cort?s meter is hard to read and nearly worthless.

Maybe I'll just put all the model names into a hat and draw.? :P
