Welcome to TreasureNet. I believe your vase was was made for the tourist market, quite possibly in Mexico, as I've seen several examples with the crane being portrayed in the same manner, exaggerated eyes in particular. Value isn't great, as they made a lot of them, but your enjoyment of it is more important. Age could be ?? 1970's - fairly recent.
