Chiggers - yeah!

If we acted like these clowns, no one would ever again get permission to dig anywhere. I wonder if their mommies know they're doing this?

We may be nerds, but we're not idiots.

I think that snake guy has a thing about needles - tattoos and snake fangs.

No , I don't think they even took the box frag with them - that's when I knew when there was something way off about these people.

Can't remove items from a national park.

wouldn't surprise me if the ring and nail they picked up had to be put back in its place
for one of the Future "pirates" :laughing7:

the underwater finds like the Block may have already been cataloged
and coordinates marked long before their visit.
meaning they may have had to replace them also.

So , Charlie it looks like this whole thing is just a farce ! That's about right .

Not a farce.

Entertainment.

Simple T.V. entertainment.

Just another T.V. show where people try to make it big with royalties and residuals and they will produce what people want to watch.

That island treasure is long gone...IMO

They should have stuck to the water...
For 2 main reasons...
First obvious one... THEY FOUND COINS !
NEXT obvious one... NO SNAKES !

Besides... anything of value has been searched for there for eons...
Water is the only chance they have of finding anything of real value...
That's where I think they will "hit".

The "piece of chest" MIGHT be the remains of a money chest perhaps...
But I highly doubt it contained money.
Chest were used for all types of things... and money chests were iron.
But this piece says nothing to its former contents...
With that being said... anything could have been in that chest.

I think I would have to go for the island. If they took the treasure to the island, the snakes might have gotten them, but the treasure would be on the island.
The fact that the chest pieces were found near the top of the island in a cave prove someone made it that far. If the snakes got all of them, the ship would have rotted thereas it is, but the treasure would be on the island. Just my thoughts. Frank

That was the thing that made me wonder.

and all in the right order , as if they just happened to follow the right trail to a marker that gave them directions to the next marker :laughing7:
even if the editors re arranged things it was all too convenient.
and then when things dry up,
they find a wall map to a supposed river not even on the island :icon_scratch:

it was the most entertaining of the Treasure shows in awhile.
But ... Give us credit. We are not that dumb.

& personally I think the ring was a fake & brought with them.
perhaps a copy of a ring in archaeologists files,
or a museum, that was found on the island years ago.
but too coincidental for my belief system.

Heh... that is not a river...

That's the giant monster man eating snake... Even King Kong left Snake Island because of it...
And swam all the way to Skull Island. "P

Well common sense should tell us it's rigged. I'm certain anyone on this site that goes out detecting NEVER finds clues and signs in the amount these guys do.

Maybe we can get them to explore LIMITOOL AKA: Brad's cave, it has markings, and they have the equipment to explore it....and it would be "real" treasure hunting!

Maybe...but these guys are 'HOLLYWOOD" and it has to be "Hollywoodized" and we all know treasure hunting is a ton of empty, with a ton of hope. I doubt hope sells much in "HOLLYWIERD'.

This show has stalled out at 6 episodes a few weeks ago with no final season ending episode, was it cancelled for bad ratings or what ?

there was a final.
They found a Piece of Box on the Final Episode.
Then they reran it again the next week with 2 or 3 extra scenes added & called it New
