Got out two times with the new machine so far, wanted to get out today but the rain keep me indoors, Those deep square nails will get you going, dug them @ between 8 and 10 in.

OH YEAH! You're gonna love the E-Trac! I've had mine for less than a year, and I've dug a personal record number of silver coins and other goodies! WOOHOO!!!

Good luck . I hope to get one someday as well. I could never figure out why we always dig nails ??? I dig them too. I don' know why tey come up as something good ::)

Great Finds!, just getting to know my Etrac also.
That deep rusty iron gets me too, been digging quite a bit of it.
the edges of the iron especially, I'll listen for the blanking, & then at the edge it reads a good hit.
Usually if I leave the pinpoint on the object, the #s for iron will eventually come up, BUT I DIG THEM ALL ANYWAY! HH & Good Day
