new field with some unushal bits and bobs

got out for a few hours before the rain started found a few bits not really shure what they are i like the small frog some kind of toy or charm the other thing with the letters on looks kinda hand made if any one can date anyhing or id would be appreciated thanks for looking

Top right is very cool. A 14th century medieval Sword Chape. End piece which stopped the sword pocking out of the leather scabbard :thumbsup:

Just for info, the broken wide end has two of the three fluer-de-lue created by the points at the top & the two holes either side.

You can pock the dirt out the two blocked holes with a pin.

thanks for the extra info the field i found these items on is a spit away from a castle i found this info built 1824 and 1829, though it contains parts from an earlier building. It is in the tudor style, with an ashlar face. dose this nead to be reported to a flo ?

None of these need to be reported by Law. You can record them voluntarily if you wish (with the farmers permission). I would just record it on your own records.

Unless it is gold or silver you don't have to report it. (except bronze age hoards)
