Just wondering how many use a pinpointer at the beach? Thanks to Bart of Big Boys, I now have the garrett propointer which came in perfect condition and even earlier than promised.

Not unless I am looking for deep targets. Recent drops tend to be quite shallow and can be scooped up easily with a hand scoop. Deep targets deserve the pinpinter, especially if they are silver coins. Find them, isolate them then carefully remove them without scratching them.
