Re: New site deep in the woods

First hunt at the site was not the turkey shoot I was hoping for but I did get my first V nickel it is unreadable but after a soak i'll post the results. I am hitting her again after work tomorrow so I hope to find some older stuff my research puts this site in the early 1800s.

Re: New site deep in the woods

Turns out my V was part of a pocket spill these are my first Barbers 2 in one hole! plus another V nickel. I am guessing this spill occurred in 1916 the quarter is minty!
