New Turkey Trick

For me anyway. Maybe others do this trick.
My Wife was listening to a chief on TV and he suggested that when you bring the bird out and tent it and rest it before carving to turn it over while resting. Brest down.The chief said the bird will be juicier especially the breast meat.
We tried this and it was the juiciest we ever made.

Makes sense, even if bird has been injected with flavorful additives.

another tip; coat your turkey with mustard before baking, it seals in the juices but will not taste the mustard

I just cook my turkey upside down (breast facing down). Juiciest turkey ever. I have done it this way for the past ten years
