Nice "Arkansas Musketoon" bullet and Medical Related Plate

I was digging around an old house tear down today, just hoping to find a couple of old coins........but found no coins and came away with 2 firsts. I'm not sure what the plate is off of, but it's medical related and measures about 4 inches across. The bullet on the left is a .69 caliber mm292 "Arkansas Musketoon", and the one on the left is a typical .69 cal bullet i've dug just to show how short and squat the other bullet is
