So i went to my favorite hunting site at the Castle parking lot
Its huge and I never know what i may turn up
Seems the guy that bought the place also bought 2 Elks Lodges that were on the grounds also.
So i park in the second row of parking(there must be about 30 rows total)
on a whim i decide to hit the road area instead of the grass parking which i usually hit..
10 ft from my car yes i said 10 ft i got a solid hit with the prizm 3.
bounced from quarter then to 50c and stayed on 50c..
needless to say i got excited before i even dug.and this wasnt easy digging this rock and dirt packed tight road.
only about 2 inches down did i see the glimmer i wanted to see.
i stopped digging for a sec to adjust my eyes and plan how to get it out without gouging it.
pulled my benchmade knive out and pryed the dirt beneath it to loosen it then pulled it out with my hand..
i was shaking as this was my first..
so here she is..

Very cool recovery!

Many times gravel parking areas are given a pass due
to tough digging conditions  You did well
