Old belt buckle, date please?

I found this old belt buckle or harness buckle in my backyard. There is alot of history on my land. This looks in no way new. I am hoping at least the 30's. All parts are still attached. Any idea?

Horse tack related no older than 1930s.

up and add it to your collection.

But horse tacks are round, this is a perfect square.
