Got my latest issue and I see where my friend, Quindy, has a great article on carved bullets in it. Good reading! Tennessee digger.
I am looking forward to seeing the article.

The funny thing was I did not have any idea what Herbie's real name was but I did recognize the buttons-LOL. Herbie, here's the pic and write up until you get a copy. Great save, Quindy.

Thanks tennessee digger and Quindy!
I recall them asking for pix a while back, figured they'd let me know when they'd show up in the mag, (if they did).
The story published is a little different than the finds background I sent :icon_scratch:
(boxplate & triggerguard were close, but not same hole)

I appreciate seeing the pic Q
Love that Acorn :o
Gotta get me an issue, is it the December?
BTW, they are both my real names, it's a family tradition to use the middle name...
Love the new site Mike! I'll be posting again soon :D www.justgodetecting.com
HH all!

I saw it too. Nice pic and really nice button stash. I get American Digger and NSTCW on the same day. Almost like Christmas each time!
