Still nifty at fifty. ;D ;D Great pic, Diggin. I love the reenactments...do you have a "uniform" you wear or you just strictly volunteer?

;) RR

I just volunteer RR. Parking, setting up, tearing, etc. The reenactor's hobby is too expensive for me. I would love to do it, though.

I love your area of Virginia. My great-great-grandfather was at the original "enactment" of the Battle of Cedar Creek. He was a private in Co. E of the 138th Pa Volunteer Infantry. I've visited the battlefield twice in the past 10 years and would love to go back again.

I grew up in Michigan, garyf. I like it here better, though.

Sorry, Bobby, I must have missed this post when it came out.

If I didn't say it before............Happy Belated Birthday! You've still got 6 more years till you reach my age, and then you'll still be 6 years behind me. LOL

Hi Digginman! Just checking out the pics of the folks I've been posting with - You definitely do NOT look 50!! You obviously took very good care of yourself, so don't be worrying about a number. :)

I looked for a smiley for "jaw hitting the floor", can't find one. Gee, Chrissy, I'm honored.

No, you don't look that old...

Oh, I just turned 52 yesterday. When I was 50, went to a family reunion and one of my uncles asked my age. His first guess was 25. I kind of laughed to myself. To think any of my relatives still consider me a young adult. I told him...that's half of it (age), but he didn't get it. My uncle stopped at 35, so then we told him 50.

For people who like to work out with weights or get plenty of other exercise, looking better at an older age can be expected.

You're welcome, but not necessary. I only speak the truth! ;) How about This smiley *crosses fingers because this is the first time I'm trying to post a smiley from another location* :

Hope the smiley worked. Either that or you're gonna just have a bunch of jibberish codes, lol.
