These are most of the square nails i have dug while detecting
my side and back yard, most are found at 4 inches and
are shown as pennies on my ace 250.

my father in law grew up in this area and he said
the house i live in now was here when he was a kid
in the early 50s. Thats all i know for right now,

I also found some like that in Minnesota. They date back to the 1900's I found mine on an old horse ranch...

they look like rail road spike i been finding them around my parent property there is a old rail road that went though the property in 1865. but i could be wrong
