Nice buck and doe (heehee). I think it's great when women aren't afraid to hunt. This week it's high power season here and my husband plans on shooting a doe so we can butcher. With the economy the way it is free meat tastes so much better than 2.50 a pound!

We don't count the eye guards, no. At least not in my family and many others.... I have no idea on official state records and such.

In oregon with the Black tailed deer they dont count the eye guards so some would say thats a 3 by 3 but in most other states and nearly always when hunting the White tails you count every point.
