Not too bad of a day!! And a what's it...

Went to an s field today for a few hours. Found some goodies. Hate that the dog tag broke. That's why u clean them when u get home lol. Anyways. If someone can help me out on the what's it I would appreciate it. It's the star looking thing

Maybe some kind of "lock in place" They are small enough to fit over a 3/8" nut at different positions
