Odd bullet

Someone from Arkansas posted an odd civil war bullet a week or two ago. I think I might have an ID but can't find the post again. I remember it was in What is it and I made a comment about all the weird bullets coming from Arkansas. If anyone knows which post it is could you please send me a link?

It was long with a pointy nose and from the pic looked like it might have had one very wide ring. It sort of reminded me of a CS teat base but wasn't one.
