I found this torpedo bottle in England more than 50 years ago. It’s been kicking around on my shelves since then and I have never seen anything like it. The peculiarity is it’s octagonal cross section, I have a few other round bottom soda bottles and all have a round cross section.
A little research lead me to the name J Daily who was a soda manufacturer in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire England late 1800 to early 1900 but I have never seen any bottles similar to this.
Any input or similar bottles out there. Any idea of value?

Don't they call that a torpedo bottle? I'm no bottle expert by a long shot but I think I saw one somewhere.

Not a true torpedo, round bottom often called a ballast bottle because they came over in the bottoms of ships...

Torpedo...
