Went into a local store today to pick up some Poweraid when I noticed the cashier was FUMING over getting "Ripped off" by some woman who had just been in. I just HAD to ask what had happened & she shows me 2 coins the customer had "passed off" to her as "REAL nickels" when paying $2.10 for cigarettes !! "She must think I am stupid or something" she complained. "Wish I had looked first before I took them, now I am STUCK with them" !!

I reached into my pocket & pulled out an extra 10 Cents on top of what I owed for the drink, & told her "The nerve of some people" !! "There you go, problem solved"

Now isn't it a nice feeling to help out someone when they are having a bad day ??

I tried to pay for some hambrugers at Hardees once with a ten dollar bill and the cashier refused to take it and started to call the police.I showed her my badge and asked what was wrong.She explained that she couldn't take the ten because it looked like it wasn't real.I looked at the ten and realized it was a 1934 issue gave I gave her a real good modern ten and she was happy.I guess there are some good reasons for not increasing minimum wage.
