Hello everyone been a long time since I've posted anything. About 5 weeks ago I made a leap after 20 yrs using whites units. And I bought a new etrac and traded in my v3i. Great unit to if in the right hands. I've found them to be very close in performance.

I constantly read on the forums how bad certain units are and its not true. Take it from me I hunt every day and have thousands of hrs in this hobby. Its the user and site location witch is key. I've got about 60 hrs on the etrac and I'm getting the hang of it.

I've pulled 30 silvers in the first month I had the unit plus a bunch of other nice finds. But today I came across a coin in a old wooded area that I'm not familiar with. At first glance I was thinking Spanish. Its bigger than a u.s quarter and thinner.

It appears to be pretty old. If anyone could shed some light it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks HH Jer

Yeah that would be the same one I have. I'll take a look through a loop for any writing. I'll hope next time maybe it will be the real deal. Thanks for all your guys help on this one. Man it would have made my career complete if it would have been gold and the real deal. Still hoping for that one gold coin one day.
