Old Religious Pendant- Another old church find!

Found this one pretty deep. The front says "Sacred Heart Of Jesus Have Mercy On Us" The rear says "Our Lady Of MT. Carmel Pray For Us" Sorry for the pics. This thing is super tiny! Looks Sterling. The stains on it are from an old hammered nail laying on top of it. I have not cleaned it.
