Remember the 1908 presidential campaign tag I found not long ago? Well I was going Though some stuff that was left to me by a distant relative and I found this receipt from 1908. Its a contribution to the Demo's campaign in 1908 with a picture of William Jennings Bryan and his running mate. I guess these two finds go together! Tsgman

Neat find, Thanks for the post.

I found two presidential tokens this year. They are Seymour/Blair 1868 and
a Roosevelt/Fairbanks 1904 watch fob. If you want I'll send you the pics.

I love finding tokens and watch fobs.

Thanks again for the post, HH, Ringfinder

Good idea Gypsy, I will display them in a shadow box or something. You know $10.00 was a lot of money in 1908. I would say it's similar to $100.00 today. A silver dollar would buy quite a bit in those days. But when think about it $10.00 wont go very far today. Happy hunting to all. Tsgman

It's amazing you still have the receipt.

That's pretty cool to have them together. You really have a strong desire for history.
