Just went thru another box of nickels. This time I found 3 Buffaloes. 2 are worn dates but the one dated 1919 is polished. I never found a polished Buff before. Someone took the time to polish it. Its in VG & is 93 yrs old. Also got a Bahama & 3 Canadians & a nice 1976S Proof. Plus found 30 oldies dated 1938 dated 1959. So its another good nickel box.

Definitely a good nickel box when you find the Buffalo!

FYI, I search both Brinks & Garda boxes & do well with both. But do a little better with Brinks.

My apology. It was a Brinks box. FYI, I find more Wheaties too in Brinks boxes. But Brinks halves are lousy.

amen, are you doing bad with garda coins too? I have been getting some bad batches of garda cents and nickels, brinks is by far the best to search, garda halves are bad too.

That proof looks perfect. Nice results. I hope some day I will find an American proof nickel.
Buffaloes are very worn but still very good looking.
