What country are the house and elephant coins from?

House coin is actually Detroit transit token
For good measure, the other coins are from Singapore, Bermuda, Great Britain, and Brazil

Thank you. I thought the elephant coin was the 5 shillings, but was interested in knowing. Somalia is still a country that I don't have any coins from.
