I have been hunting lately, despite what the finds look like, I swear that I have been trying. Between the heat and mosquitos, it has not been easy.

I get plenty of coins, just not the silver ones that I prefer.

I found one little silver Rosie. It was hiding in the trash.

Here is a pic of the other stuff. '64 dog tag, tax token, AA token, Iowa pin, flat button etc...

I stumbled upon this pile of alcohol bottles in the woods, there must be 40 of them, all the same type. Now that's a hobby!

Thanks for looking and good luck on your hunts!

feast or famine, you still found some pretty cool things. I enjoy the tokens because there are so many kinds from so many places. You dug enough clad and any one of them could have been silver. I definitely understand the hunting hard for so little reward (reward can be determined by the person). But I expect to see you with another awesome find soon, you are too good not to find something. they call it a slump and the only way out of a slump is to keep at it and I know that you are, you just can't help not to. (But it doesn't mean that you don't get a little discouraged here and there LOL). I see big silver in the future for you Tom. DL

All it takes is one silver. If you need help finding more silver I hear Patch is the man you need to show you how it's done!

Nice job plucking the silver out of the trash. Looks like you sure dug a lot of holes, that's a lot of coins!

It's been hot here too, and this coming week looks even hotter. Actually snapped my Lesche right in half yesterday...we need rain

Glad you are getting out Bud. It's been tough going here too. That great hunt may be the next one.
