I really believe they are real,I always am pretty skeptical about my finds until proven a fact.I never price anything i have and just enjoy History and sharing the stories of my hunts.
I have alot of stuff to share and just now getting where i can post pics.

Pretty neat find. I once found a brass nuckle at a one room school house. My partner said,
how would you liked to have gone to school at that school. Good Point.

What a cool find!!! The "modern" Peerless ones I have are hinged away from the main body. Yours are hinged at the main body where the chain is attached. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I would like to see the other side, are the key holes there? Seems odd how they open, looking at the site pippinwhitepaws posted I did not find a match, nor did I see a pair that worked like those. I did not examine every pair extremly closly so I could have missed it.
