these are the things i found down on a scraped river bank,
the two coins are both halfpennies,1920 and a queen victoria bun head not sure of the date.
i tried the salt and tomato sauce method on the newer coin,(wont be doing that again)!
and i let a friend look at the small bottle untill she squeezed it(wont be doing that again)!
we were only there an hour because i wanted to get home as soon as i dug the bottle,i nearly missed its chain
the fishing reel is tiny, i was quite pleased with that to!
all these things must have originally been burried at about 18"--2' but this bank does flood every year.
