Okay, this one really has me stumped. its a piece of heavy lead that measures between 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 on each side. the impression that looks like a V was most likely hammered in using a template or something, you can see in 2 corners it has right angles. It also appears the the piece of lead was folded. One side if it is rounded and the other 3 sides have a thin line going end to end.
