These are from a site that me and a pal have been over with a fine toothed comb over the last couple months. The Morgan sounded like junk because a silver chain was laying over it, fortunately I dug. This is my second Morgan Dollar in 7 months of detecting. I am happy with the penny too because I have not found a 1913 D yet.

What you have pictured is a Peace dollar, which, despite the blemishes, is an AWESOME find.

I scratched my first coin today. It was a fatty that was between
two roots. I dig large plugs in order to avoid hitting the finds.
Nice Morgan!!!

Ver nice Peace dollar!! 2 in 7 months of detecting is awesome. Some people (me) have never dug one. Congrats on it and good hunting.
