Well, actually I am nucking futs.
Not much point in telling everyone else.
I don't have any ill will towards anyone else.
Nor will I ever snap like people think that everyone like myself has a tendency to do.
Not me.
However I enjoy my freedom unlike my oldest brother who is forced to medicate..

I just watched a BlackHawk helicopter fly as low as 300 feet above my house. I could hear it coming, but I thought it was thunder. Man that was cool! He was low enough to see me, so I gave im' a salute.

Well we eat fairly healthy overall and I get lots of exercise.....so even with all the abuse over the years my readings come in within the normal range.
Besides I subscribe to Billy Joel's approach....
