Well we eat fairly healthy overall and I get lots of exercise.....so even with all the abuse over the years my readings come in within the normal range.

Besides I subscribe to Billy Joel's approach....

Glad to hear your checkup went well. I go next month. Went to the dermatologist yesterday. She zapped me about 10 times. I told her I use 100 spf when mowing. She said at my age I could stay in the house 24-7 and still get pre cancer spots. So I guess if it wasn't for bad luck. I wouldn't have any

You may want to try some intermittent fasting in simple terms you pretty much eat the way you normally do.

Hopefully fairly healthy but fast for 16 hours and compress your meals including snacks within the 8 hours left over.

Choose whatever 8 hour period is convenient to your schedule to eat. When you extend the hours of no food your body goes into autoghagy which simply means it consumes stored fat during that time but also the dead, dying and sickly cells for fuel.

It uses the crap to build new and healthy cells...I'll give you a link to a video where a holistic doctor breaks it all down and explains how it works.

I properly identified this one as M&M 421 in my bullet book. Not a sharpshooters bullet, but still a scarce Confederate pattern. Dug along Burnt Hickory Road, in Kennesaw Georgia.

Well just bought a book on fermented foods & recipes so who knows what crazy things I'll try....lol.

I told myself when I retired I wouldn't sit in a rocking chair and watch the world go by so far it's been working.
